    We realize that you are taking a HUGE step in just reaching out to us. It is a very natural experience to feel what you are feeling, so we hope to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your first session. We try to spend time fostering a relationship with you, because it is at the foundation of the therapeutic process.
  • Who will my therapist be?
    It depends on if you have a request or preference. It also depends on the clinician's availability and what they are experienced in. Look at our "About Us" section and you can read about our clinicians. On their page, it will tell you if they are currently accepting clients or if they have a waitlist. Feel free to email us about their availability at admin@ovactherapy.org.
  • How long are sessions?
    Sessions are about an hour.
  • At what times are you available for sessions?
    It varies. It really depends on the availability of the clinician. We do offer some earlier morning appointments and late evening appointments. Please contact us at admin@ovactherapy.org and let us know what time you are looking for and we can tell you the availability.

If you would like to schedule a free consultation before you book, you can click "book online" under the "Our Process" tab on the top of our website. There are also buttons throughout the site that say "Request Appointment."
